KALP Samaj Sevi Sanstha is a non- profit, civil society organization registered under Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act 1973. KALP is a professionally managed committed Civil Society Organization active in rural development, community ownership and issue-based networking. The primary focus of KALP is on the problems of the socially excluded community and economically poor in their struggle to obtain a life of justice and dignity. Livelihood security, Health and Education are the important components of our mission. Women empowerment, community development are our areas of concern.

Kalp Samaj Sevi Sanstha organized four meetings of the KALP Governing Board and three meeting of its Finance, HR and Monitoring Committee. The following legal compliances were fulfilled:
 
* Toal 07 members (04 Female and 03 Male) in the Governing Board of Kalp.
* FCRA certificate of Kalp from “Ministry of Home Affairs” is valid up to 2027.
* Statutory Audit was completed on time and all queries answered to the satisfaction of the Auditors.
* Income Tax and FCRA Returns for the previous Financial Year were filed on or before the due dates.
* Income Tax (TDS) and Professional Tax was deducted, as per rules, and deposited with the respective authorities.
* Staff capacity building training/meetings organized Mediclaim and Personal Accident Insurance Policies were renewed and updated from time to time, as required.
